To provide students with biblical truths that nurture the mind, strengthen the body, and restore the soul—equipping them to live with purpose and connect deeply in community.

Our Purpose
Purpose Statement:

The Refuge is a nonprofit after-school club providing a Christ-centered environment where students grow in mind, body, and soul through mentorship, fun, academic help, and spiritual guidance.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.Psalm 46:1

Vision Statement:
We envision a generation of students transformed by God’s Word. A community where students find acceptance, discover their God-given potential, and build a foundation of faith, health, and connection that will shape their lives and impact generations to come.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13:14

Statement of Faith
 
  1. We believe in the verbal inspiration and divine authority of the Holy Scriptures. We believe that the Bible reveals God, the fall of man, the way to salvation, and God's Planned purpose in the ages. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
  2. We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
  3. We believe that salvation is by God's grace with nothing added or removed. We Believe that salvation is eternal and can only be received by repentance and the acceptance of Christ through faith in the Son of God, His life, His death, and His resurrection. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
  4. We believe in the conscious and eternal blessedness of those that are saved and the conscious and eternal punishment of those that are lost. (Matthew 25:46)
